CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?
At this time we are not offering gift wrapping services. However, we will allow shipment to a separate address and discretely wrapped in plain brown paper, but will not include an invoice.
WILL ALL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?
We endeavor to minimize the number of packages arriving at your place of residence, however, due to the size of some pieces, they may be shipped separately from small non-flat items (coasters, hairbows, clocks). Each package, should the need arise, will have its own tracking number and insurance. When this does occur there is no promise that all packages will arrive at the same time.
WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ANY OF MY ITEMS?
No, all items are already made and ready for shipment, unless otherwise noted. Due to time constraints, any orders placed will be shipped out the following business day, Items should arrive within 7-10 days, depending on location (longer for international shipments).
